OpenXP
Terms of use
These terms cover your use of this website. They are short, because this is an informational site: it describes the OpenXP platform and lets you join our launch-updates list.
Who we are
openxp.ai is operated by Rewi.re (United Kingdom). Contact: signups@openxp.ai.
The site is informational
OpenXP is in active development ahead of its public release. Content on this site describes the platform as designed and as it evolves; features, timelines, and licensing described here may change before and after launch, and nothing on this site constitutes an offer, warranty, or commitment to deliver any particular feature by any particular time.
Software and specification licences are separate
These terms cover the website only. The OpenXP experience format specification and the OpenXP software are licensed under their own terms, which travel with them: the specification under CC-BY-4.0 with a patent non-assertion covenant, the open-source reference implementations under LGPL-3.0-or-later / GPL-3.0-or-later, and the free design tools under the OpenXP EULA. Where these terms and a software or specification licence differ, that licence governs that material.
Intellectual property
The content of this site is © 2026 Rewi.re. OpenXP™ is a trademark of Rewi.re (registration pending in the UK, US, and EU). You may reference it nominatively, accurately referring to the project and the specification, but may not use it in ways that suggest affiliation or endorsement without written permission. Partner logos shown on this site belong to their respective owners.
Acceptable use
Don't attack, disrupt, or probe the site or its signup endpoint; don't scrape at abusive volumes; don't submit addresses that aren't yours. That's it.
Joining the launch list
Signing up gets you updates about OpenXP and nothing else — it doesn't grant beta access, software rights, or any other entitlement. How we handle your email address is covered by our privacy policy.
Third-party links
The site links to services we don't control (GitHub, our documentation site, and others). Their content and terms are their own.
Liability
The site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. We may update them as the project evolves; the effective date above changes when we do.
